Ok service, not great price

I appreciate the prompt arrival, however I was disappointed to get a call from Chris asking me to turn off the cold water valve under the kitchen sink that he forgot to do. I was also disappointed when the insurance adjuster and his plumber came out that we didn’t need to turn off the outside Jose bin and his prices were lower
